Our Take & Bake Breads makes you the baker. These breads can be ambient or put in the freezer so you can have fresh bread from the oven in minutes. Our complex flavors, open air crumb and crispy crunchy crust are developed through a long fermentation using our original natural sourdough starter, high quality ingredients and long proofing times. Makes your next dinner, lunch or party exceptional with a loaf of our premium artisan breads.
To bake, preheat conventional oven to 385 degrees F. Remove bread from packaging. Place bread directly in center of oven rack. Bake 5-7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.

I’ve bought Favorite Day in the past but decide to try for a special occasion. Not worth paying double the price of Favorite Day. Flavor and texture was just okay.

It was such a great suprise to see La Brea Bakery at Target. We have been buying it for years and so excited that we can get them while shopping at Target. They are the perfect bread for pairing with cheese; the best, simple afternoon snack.

Bring back the Favorite Day take and bake bread! It is so much better than this brand. We purchased this as a substitute and it has a weird taste. Did not enjoy and it’s double the price
