My husband loves the fat free Lactaid. It’s smooth and creamy and takes a long time to go bad unlike regular milk. I highly recommend for any families that love milk but are lactose intolerant

I love fat free milk and I’m EXTREMELY lactose intolerant so this is a super alternative to regular milk! Basically everything is the same! The taste, viscosity and the color are all the same! Just no lactose!

My grandson loves Lactaid! The texture is no different than regular milk. A simple carton doesn't take up a lot of room. Pure ingredients. Healthy!

Before dairy alternatives were widely available, the purple carton Lactaid was a staple in our home. We switched to 2% somewhat recently, which is also great. When there were so few options for lactose intolerant folks, it meant a lot to have Lactaid seamlessly fill in for milk. Now, it's great to have milk that subs into recipes perfectly. And something I didn't notice until later, the taste is slightly different from that of regular milk, so if I tasted something off, I was able to take a Lactaid tablet before my stomach got particularly upset. I'm just very grateful to Lactaid for being the first milk alternative in our area, and glad it's so easy to find everywhere today.

I love the taste of this milk it’s not too sweet like other milk and the texture is just right taste so fresh and it’s a good way of drinking milk without upsetting your stomach the packaging is okay and the price is fine I recommend this brand so much especially if you have dairy issues

Next best thing (as far as tastes goes) to regular cows milk in my opinion. The texture is very smooth and not as thick in consistency as regular milk.

Lactaid is the only milk that I can consume. It doesn't upset my stomach like regular milk does. It tastes delicious. And it doesn't expire quickly.

I am a huge fan of lactaid! I’ve been lactose intolerant since I was a teenager, and I have no issues consuming this milk. I especially like this one because I’m not a huge fan of whole milk or 2%. The fat free is so yummy.
