I love this milk! It doesn’t affect my digestion the way regular milk does, it tastes “normal” and doesn’t have the questionable ingredients that many plant based milks have. I like the gallon size for convenience. Definitely recommend trying it, if you’re lactose intolerant (and not vegan, obviously), but can have casein.

This milk is for lactose intolerant people. I can't drink regular milk because it upsets. It works well for drinking, cooking, and baking. While it's slightly more expensive than regular milk, the high quality and easy digestibility make it worth the cost a great choice for dairy lovers it. The texture and the ingredients is great. Package is sealed tightly and safe. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't like milk should try this product.

Growing up, I loved cereal but I had the worst stomach problems. I’d eat cereal everyday and have an upset stomach the rest of the day. The day I tried lactaid, everything changed. Seriously this product is a dream for people who are lactose intolerant! I can eat as much cereal I want without an aching stomach! The taste is just like regular milk and it gives the same nutrients, just without the stomach issues! I always recommend lactaid to my friends who have stomach issues! Seriously a miracle product.

I tried this milk whilst trying to find a lactose free one for my daughter. I tried it in my coffee first and it tasted very weird. My daughter who was 4 at the time also didn't really like it

This product tastes and feels like regular milk. The ingredients are great for those who cannot drink lactaid. The carton size is a nice amount of product without being overly large that it will spoil before we can finish it. We use it for our morning coffee and cannot tell the difference between this and regular milk.
