Q: I bought mine in September and it has lost a significant amount of its shape. Is there a way to fix this? I notice there is no zipper opening to replace beads. Please advise.

Q: What is the size of this item? The posting specs indicated 24"x 24"x 40". I think it is wrong because the kid's version size is showing larger than this. Please advise the correct size of this item. Thanks
A: Thank you for your question. The dimensions shown on the listing are correct. The height of the backrest is 30 inches from top to bottom, and the seat dimensions are 24" x 24".

Q: Would this chair allow a 5'10" person to have support for their head?
A: There probably wouldn't be a ton of head support unless you really laid back in the in product.

Q: Is the back of this supposed to droop down or did I maybe get a substandard one? On the pic, the chair looks nice and full and sturdy everywhere but mine droops down-does not have much filling/stuffing as it should
A: The back of the product can drop down depending on how you sit in the chair. If you are looking for a more firm you can always purchase additional EPS/beans to put into the chair.
