Q: I bought mine in September and it has lost a significant amount of its shape. Is there a way to fix this? I notice there is no zipper opening to replace beads. Please advise.

Q: What is the size of this item? The posting specs indicated 24"x 24"x 40". I think it is wrong because the kid's version size is showing larger than this. Please advise the correct size of this item. Thanks

A: Thank you for your question. The dimensions shown on the listing are correct. The height of the backrest is 30 inches from top to bottom, and the seat dimensions are 24" x 24".

Q: Is the back of this supposed to droop down or did I maybe get a substandard one? On the pic, the chair looks nice and full and sturdy everywhere but mine droops down-does not have much filling/stuffing as it should

A: The back of the product can drop down depending on how you sit in the chair. If you are looking for a more firm you can always purchase additional EPS/beans to put into the chair.

I have had mine for more than a year, and I love it. The rope handle makes it easy to move around. In winter, I like to move it so I can sit by the fire. In nice weather, I bring it out onto the deck. Perfect for reading and TV watching too. Easy to shape to put the support where you want it. I'm an adult, 5'7" tall and it's very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect! Worth every penny! I love this chair! I wanted something big enough for an adult, Comfy, but still light weight. I Highly recommend it for adults! I purchased this chair for my 12 yr old son in December. This chair is made so poorly it has completly lost its shape also the beeds started coming out of the chair after only one month.
