A: TO CHRISTOPHER KNIGHT HOME answer person: I have been looking at all your lounge chairs and this is what is stated in their descriptions, making this answer here confusing. Please answer as to which is correct. Here is your description: ". . . their durable frames and rattan seating surfaces are tough enough to withstand the elements no matter where you live, providing you and yours with years of outdoor leisure and comfort."

A: You must remove all plastic gliders and push the legs downwards underneath, this will cause the base to fold as well.

I love this beautiful chair. It looks very good with the rustic touch that I like, it is also very resistant to water, weight, and above all I love it because after getting the perfect cushion it is super comfortable for my back despite my chronic pain. I decided to order 2 of the chaise lounger after reading several reviews. Yes it’s like sitting on the ground but they look nice. The rear leg broke in the middle of one of my loungers after minimal use. I will be calling customer service because I expected better quality at this price.

I just received this chair and it is beautiful. I got it on sale and it's superb quality for the price. It's nice that you can fold it up when you're not using it, and no assembly was required. I didn't find it was too low to the ground, but I am short. It's more comfortable than I expected. Definitely a good buy for the price.

I loved the color, it had a smell that I’m sure will dissipate however it is very low to the ground and getting out of it and up was too much effort. (Sounds lame but it was). We returned it.

Very pretty lounge for the pool. It is very low. Almost like sitting on the ground. But it is very comfortable. Haven't had it for very long so can't speak to how it holds up over time. Get an outdoor pillow to go with it though.

Beautiful, well made chair! No assembly. Unfold and done! Low to the ground which is what I wanted. Head rest also folds down which is nice. Slight odor went away within an hour. Very sturdy so definitely need a cushion which seems to be difficult to find for this type of chair but will be super comfortable once I find one.

This is a lovely lounge chair. Very comfortable for my senior age body. It's a little hard to get out of being so low , but its manageable. I put a cushion on it even though it is quite comfortable with out it. Definitely need a little head pillow either way . I foresee it needing to be stored during winter and will need a touch up of the stain every year. I might paint it or at least put a tougher finish of stain. Nice item for the money ! I am very happy

It's pretty well made and semi-comfortable. It is wood so I guess I can't expect too much comfort. I do wish it was slightly easier to fold up though. It isn't something you will want to do every time you use it for 5 minutes. But, if it was lighter it wouldn't have such a quality feel to it. Overall I am happy I got it.

Great looks and value. A bit of an odor at first, but seems to have dissipated. Only negative is that it is a bit low to the ground, but surprisingly easy to get up despite this. So nice to be able to pick up and move indoors with the handle, which seems quite sturdy.
