Q: Does this toy make noise even after playing? We keep hearing a whistling/snoring sound when we walk next to it. I feel like I am going crazy!!
A: Hi Kayla. The B. Hippo Pop Piano should not make noise when not being played with. When finished playing for the day, we always recommend changing the switch to the Off position in order to preserve the battery life. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: We are trying to replace the batteries but we can not open the compartment for the batteries. Which way do you turn the screwdriver? Neither clockwise or counter clockwise seems to be working for us.
A: Hi NycAunty. When taking the batteries out, you need to put push down and put pressure while you turn the screwdriver to the left to unscrew the battery compartment. The Battat Team
