Q: We are trying to replace the batteries but we can not open the compartment for the batteries. Which way do you turn the screwdriver? Neither clockwise or counter clockwise seems to be working for us.

Got these for my 1 yr old niece and nephew for Christmas. Really cute and entertaining. Love how the little guys go up and down when you play the piano. I do think the “fan” part that helps the guys go up and down is a smidge loud but not enough to deter me from buying. Even my 5yr old was trying to play with it.

I bought this for my son who loves music. The fan I'd so noisy that you can barely hear the music play. I really was not impressed with this product, especially due to the price.
