Love these socks. They are very well made, soft, and last for years. When they are on sale I buy every single color made. We only buy this brand of socks as they are much better than Gold Toe, etc.

The quality has fallen. This product used to be reliably good and is no longer so. It now seems like less cotton...despite the description...with greater shrinking in the wash. I would have paid more for better quality.

Lands End Cotton Crew socks are top quality. I only use these socks all year round. They get only 4 stars because they come now in just a few boring colors (black, grey, brown, navy,...). I miss the many happy colors Lands End offered years ago, which matched the Lands End wardrobe colors perfectly.

These socks are soft and I like the thickness. However, they only go up about 4 inches above my ankle bone, which is too short for my tastes and comfort. This defect ruins the socks for me, and I'll be throwing them out.

I've been buying these for 25 years. One of the only 90 % cotton crew socks. Most are around 80 % in this class. Much more comfortable, soft and absorbent. Wark in winter cool in summer. They could be a little thicker with longer lasting elastic, but I wash in hot water, which is supposed to be cold. Latest ones are size too big. I had to switch from large to a medium. Lands End now makes another version with 82% cotton. Not interested in those. Bet you they cancel those and keep these in their catalog. Bad reviews.

These socks are indeed soft and comfy but I agree with the other reviewers here that they are impossible to stay up. They don't have enough elastic in them or something but I'm pulling these socks up five times a day and it's just not worthwhile.

It's hard to say objectively but these socks seem to wear out WAY too fast. The heels blow out in months. I just bought a new 3-pack but had to trash 5 or 6 pairs. I can't keep up. And these socks are NOT cheap.

Received, washed and tried on. Within 20 minutes, crew socks had slid down to my ankles. No way will I deal with these. Definitely asking for $$ back.

Actually, disappointing. Sock material is very thin and there is not very much elastic in them. They constantly “slouch” and fall down. Not the Land’s End quality I once knew. Planning on returning them.
