Because my prosthetics are B cup I always have to do alterations to the tankini tops. Once done I love the fit and Lands End is my favorite brand of swimwear.

I have two of these tops and I’ve bought different colored bottoms to add variety. I was/am a C/D cup, so it’s worked for me! I adjust the straps and I’m ready to go.

Unfortunately the bra cups of this top are so huge that it’s probably suitable only for a D cup or more breast and prosthesis. Being an A, there was no way it would work, absolutely useless. Had to send it back, very disappointing because the matching swim shorts are perfect but I have no swim top to go with them.

Overall size true but cup size on size 14 tankini must be D or DD. Padding in cup sewn in and shows through with wrinkles and bulges (even in Navy color), with shelf bra and no actual pocket to hold prosthetic in place. A nice mastectomy tankini without underwire, if you wear a D or DD cup and have a stick on prosthetic that won't wander in the shelf bra. Hope my return goes well as I like Lands End clothes.
