    Starfish pants have been my staple work attire for years. I probably have 12 pairs of them. Now, however, I can't find a size that fits, and I am very disappointed that the pocket is gone. 2X wide leg is much too big in the hips and waist, and 2x straight leg is too narrow in the thighs. I'm so disappointed in the changes you've made to these great pants.

    I bought two pairs of these black pants. I don't like the way I look right now (gained some weight), but these pants were an extra boost of confidence. They can be dressed up with a nice sweater or dressed down with a sweatshirt. I'm going to buy several more pairs so I don't run out. You won't be disappointed.

    Machine wash, slip on/off. Flattering fit. The fabric is quality, these won’t disappoint. I am 5’7” and prefer a relaxed leg and fit. I add a blazer and high neck top put on a necklace and pony tail my hair and it’s good! I am very happy w/Starfish wide leg!

    I like the Starfish plus size wide leg pants very much. I am a plus size girl with somewhat larger thighs. I do not like pants that are tight on my legs. These pants are roomy, do not cling to my thighs and legs. They give my legs a nice look. The material is substantial and will hold up to all types of activities and washings.

    I don’t understand the dislike for these pants. Now that I am retired, I essentially live in my Starfish pants as they are the most comfortable and versatile pants I own. I have long been waiting for a wider leg style because it looks a bit dressier. These pants are perfect - my regular size (2X) fits perfectly and, even though my legs are quite short for my height, the length is perfect. My only two complaints about Starfish pants in general are that the black material fades extremely quickly, even when washed in cold water. The other complaint is that whenever they are on sale, the plus sizes are always substantially more expensive than the smaller sizes. I have great difficulty believing that they use that much more material to justify the added expense. It feels like a money grab because plus size women tend to have fewer options to choose from.

    My second pair! The fabric is comfortable, stays wrinkle free, easy wash and wear. I can dress these up or down. The fit is perfect no excessive stretching at the waist or knees when worn. My only question is the little zipper pocket? The first pair didn’t have the second pair did. Nice feature.

    I wanted to love these pants. Sadly. The crotch landed half way between my waist and my knees. And I'm tall. If they had been better proportioned, they would have been beautiful. I purchase almost all my clothes from Lands End. Sadly, had to return these.
