    I own a few of these, when they go on sale I buy a few. They are a thicker cotton than the regular T-shirts. I prefer these over the Lands End t-shirts because the fit is more flattering and the material is thicker. I wear these under blazers at work, and for casual occasions too. These can be worn with nice slacks or a skirt for a night out when it's hot.

    Smooth, silky feel is slightly elevated from other cotton tanks (I use as shells). It’s not fitted, rather loose which I wanted, but it has a loosey goosey, sloppy feel. Maybe the arm and neck holes are so wide?

    Shrinks 2 to 3 inches in length. I tried these before and they shrunk. I ordered them again this year and was very careful about washing and drying. Washed cold and dried to just damp and they shrunk again. This time I will be returning. Such a disappointmentfrom Lands End.

    The description "falls to mid-hip" is misleading - these are at least 4 inches longer than the ones I have purchased in the past, which DO fall to mid-hip. These are tunic-length. NOT a happy surprise.

    It's thick, somewhat stretchy and has a sheen to it. It doesn't feel like cotton, or 100% cotton as labeled. It feels like thick polysester stretch pants or a vintage tracksuit/sweatsuit.
