These women's Starfish slim leg pants fit perfectly since I followed the "size guide". I had to use the guide because I have lost 55 lbs. in the past year and I wasn't sure of what size to purchase. I had purchased other Starfish pants in the past (but a much larger size) and was always satisfied with those purchases.

Starfish slim leg pants have been my daily casual pants but the quality & cut has deteriorated over the past year or so. Pants I purchased a year ago had the strange “jodhpurs” cut and which I thought was corrected. Not so much. I recently purchased three pairs & compared them to my current Starfish pants. They’re about 1/4” bigger in the waist and keg bottom. Definitely not slim leg cut. I’m hoping LandsEnd will get this right as these are still my preferred everyday pants.

I have been wearing these pants for years. The quality at this point is unacceptable. No front zip pocket, thin material that does not maintain shape, and can see through to skin on knees while sitting, after a few washings. In the past, they were long lasting, high quality. I would pay more money for quality. Not a fan!

I've been buying these pants for years. I'm tall and thin and they work well for me if I wear a tunic top. I have found the hips to be too wide and the color that I usually buy, black, fades quickly though I wash all my black clothes with Woolite Dark. The reason I buy them despite the problems is that I can't find anything better for my height and weight. They look pretty good if you wear a tunic to cover the butt area. I'd be glad to pay a lot more for pants that fit me better and where the color didn't fade so quickly-- but I haven't found any substitutes. I basically wear them until color fades and then out in the garden or anywhere where I am not concerned about how they look.

I bought 1 pair each in size TALL medium in the moss green and burgundy colors. The moss green was 2” longer than the burgundy? I’m still keeping both pairs as I’m a seamstress and can shorten the green pair. Otherwise, the pants are both good quality and colors are beautiful.

I have some Starfish straight leg from a previous era (the current batch are HORRIBLE, baggy, ugly, no pockets - see my review of THEM). So I thought I'd try the slim leg. These are also HORRIBLE! Baggy, ugly. I don't know why LandsEnd quality has gone so badly downhill. I used to buy lots of clothes here. No more.

Lands End has been cutting a few millimeters per year in these pants. I loved them from the start, but the new medium is cut nothing like the older medium pants I still own, in my opinion. They do not match in size at all. I see this trend in a lot of companies all across the board. Smaller shoes, dresses, pants and tops This is true for many of my older Lands End tops compared to recent tops. I am going to order large and see if they fit like my older mediums. Do not try to fool us Lands End. Please stop the Shrinkflation!

I got the pantsnin Small Petite. I'm 5'2", 115lb, cary weight in bottom half ("curvy"). Length is great. Fabric feels good, but the fit is awkward. Not good for smaller waist/stomach people. A LOT of room around hips and waist. Almost feel like maternity pants.

Very disappointed and these are my favorite pants. I am 5'1" and weigh 105 pounds. These are too small and I got a small, size 6 to 8. Should read 4 to 6. Please Land's End don't mess with these pants. Have to return them and won't buy another.

I purchased two pairs of these pants, and both fit differently. The waistband of one pair is wider than the other, and each is a different shade of Black. I wonder when the company will fix this new problem and also resume using the heavier, more substantial fabric from the past.

Purchased 1 black & 1 green pair of these pants. Loved how the black fit but the green had a strange bulge on each side of the outer leg around the thigh area. Although this was disappointing it was easy to return the green ones by “Happy Returns”. As soon as my credit is applied I will be ordering another pair in a different color. I have ordered from the Starfish line many times & have always been pleased with the quality and style.
