I purchased this dress in the mint green floral pattern. I ordered a medium based on the size chart but the dress ran huge. It's rather shapeless other than the draw string. I could see my bra from the arm holes. Lands End's tag said a medium is a 10-12. I'm usually more of a medium in the 8-10 range so it seems like Lands End might make a medium more generous. I'm 5'4", 144 lbs, athletic shoulders and a 36D bra for reference. I liked the more sustainable tencel fabric and I appreciated that the front wasn't too low cute but otherwise, it was a miss.
