Arrived damage. We didn’t notice until after unboxing. We requested a replacement and they never shipped it. They are waiting to receive the damaged one before shipping replacement. I called and told them I needed a new box because the original one was no longer usable. We did not expect the item to be damaged so we weren’t concerned with making sure the box was reusable. The customer service rep said she would escalate and a new one would ship, then we would have a week to return the damaged one. It never shipped. Im stuck with a damaged item and it’s impossible getting the replacement. This is the last time I will buy furniture online from target. I have never had this issue with any other store.

Easy to assemble and arrived with all parts in good condition. I have to admit it is sturdier so far than I thought it was going to be. I’ve got to be pushing the weight limit of this thing with my setup.

Looks great, but after only a few weeks the front support cracked under weight and the bottom started sagging in the center. I propped it up from underneath and it’s serviceable now, but i would reinforce from new if I had known ahead of time! Probably fine for less than full capacity but it does say “records” haha

Damaged snd disappointed

Item was damaged and we didn’t notice until it was mostly put together. Easier to keep then take apart and box back up to send back. Disappointed. I wish target had an option for money back if keeping a damaged item instead of only offering a return or exchange.
