I like the way it is packaged I’m old hard to lift stuff the way you had it packaged easier to ship and lift It’s what I expected I love the cup holders. I did not expect pockets but that is so great. Even a pocket in back. I like the handle on top. Great idea. Only thing I’m worried about . I read your card about giving 48 hours for it to fluff up but I can’t get one of the cups to fit in cup holder. Now it could be too early or I’m not doing it right but considering all the other benefits I’m not complaining . Well worth the $$. I would get again, I’m happy with it. I used it last night for a few hours it helped my neck and back . So , yes exactly what I was looking for on the internet. Keep making great things for us.

This item is super stiff and hard. Needs to be softer and fluffier. Followed instructions to the letter, and that did not work. Also, I am unable to fit the cupholders in the armrest portions after it was fully expanded. That would’ve been nice to know in the instructions. Its size is great and measurements are accurate. However, description of softness is inaccurate and unfortunately is bring returned and the search continues.
