Q: Is this supposed to have an insert in the bottom to make it lie flat because I just did a pickup in store of this in store and it has no insert. Is mine just missing the insert or is one not included with this basket?

Doesn’t last unfortunately. Especially if your kids like to jump on it or near it! The inside is made of cardboard or some other easy to bend/break material. Cute though!

Doesn’t close because of the sides and after a couple weeks it’s been destroyed. I think it has maybe cardboard under the fabric? Definitely not sturdy.

Very clean design and definitely makes the room look more organized. The only downfall is that and bit of pressure on the top can start to bow the box. My kids use it in their room and theirs started to have a gap in the top from them putting small items on top. I have another one in another room that has held up great so you just have to keep things off the top.

Spacious inside. Lid attached on one side and is magnetic on the other unlike most toy bins on online marketplace that only have velcro. Sturdy enough that a toddler can hold to stand up.

My absolute favorite toy storage! I’ve had a few, they hold up great (until your toddler destroys it by spilling a drink on it and ruining the cardboard) but we have lots of these! They’re big and they store a lot of junk! Love them.
