    There is not a tummy panel as stated in the description. It's the same material that the classic bottoms has. They are high waisted and, shame on me for thinking this, from how I read the description I did not want them to feel tight like a girdle, so I ordered up 2 sizes. Big mistake! They run true to size but are not what I would say "shapely fitting/made".
