Q: does this bedcover have a drop on the sides? I've notice that it has a 17 inch drop in the front, my concern is the sides.

I purchased a beautiful wrought-iron daybed about a year and a half ago. I've been searching ever since for a nice daybed cover. Every one I found was frilly and lacy and looked like it belonged in a little girl's room. The bed covers also went all the way to the floor, making the bed look like a gigantic box or cinderblock. My daybed doubles as a sofa in my living room, so I wasn't interested in swirly pink prints, ruffles, and lace. Well, I finally found one that works. This has lovely metalesse stitching, a simple scalloped edge, and the solid white is so versatile; it really sets off the dark color of my bed's iron details. FINALLY. Only took a year and half to find! Plus it washed up perfectly and fits like a dream. Yay!!!
