Poor quality chips
These Lightly salted chips used to be great but last 6 months they have gone down on the quality with many chips having the potato Skin on the edges! I am buying these because of being lightly salted but these chips are also too greasy. It seems Lays company doesn’t care about the quality anymore. The price keeps going up & quality going down. So sad how Lays have ruined the quality of these chips !

These are an excellent alternative to the regular Lay’s that are wayyyyyy too salty. Better option for my son too and they’re kid-approved! You can easily use these for dipping as well and the saltiness won’t cut into the flavor of the dip. Great crisp, great taste. An essential in our household for a quick crunch

They taste like old fashioned chips! You taste the chip instead of just salt. It’s a frest potato chip taste! More low sodium options would be nice.

I received 4 bags of chips for the sale price of $7.00 each to total $14.00 to be able to use for the holidays BUT all bags have a "short" date of less than 2 weeks each! I cannot use them even thru Thanksgiving! What a waste of $14.00 and I have no way to complain for a refund SO BEWARE.

Don't know what's going on but my last few buys these chips have been stale. I thought it was the market so I went to a different mark only to receive the same results. So get back to the freshness or I'm out!

Lays lightly chips lost their quality 2025
Lays lightly salted Lays used to be the best in western Canada. That’s all we used to buy. But, for the past couple of months they taste awful and are too extremely greasy. We’ve had to return out last few bags to the store. What’s happened? Are you using cheap oil now? We used to be loyal customers. But now we have to find other Brands to try.
