This thing is garbage, unfortunately. Even at 450 degrees barely did anything. I think you’d be better off buying a cheaper brand and it would do better.

I am upset because I was to receive 3 products for free. The heat mat, the heat spray, and the oil spray. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I love the product itself tho.

I love this flat iron. I have dry, frizzy, course hair and this works with just one swipe. My only criticism is that it is way too hard to turn on and off. The first time I used it I had to go back and pull out instructions. You shouldn't need instructions to turn some thing on and off. I've only had it a few weeks but I still sometimes have difficulty turning it on or off. I think that's something that could be worked out with your product. Other than that it's great!
