About the Author
Carlos Mena is Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, and the Daimler Endowed Professor of Supply Chain Management at Portland State University. Previously, he was a faculty member at Michigan State University, USA and Cranfield University, UK.
Remko van Hoek is Professor of Supply Chain Management at the University of Arkansas, USA, and advises companies around the world on procurement. Previously, he was Chief Procurement Officer at the Walt Disney Company, California, USA and he held executive roles at Nike, Cofely (GDF SUEZ) and PwC. Martin Christopher is Emeritus Professor of Marketing and Logistics at Cranfield School of Management, Bedfordshire, UK.
