This is a very cute engagement toy for my young son. He loves to play and pull on the string to ‘walk the puppy.’ It plays cute songs and he loves how the tail lights up. Only safety concern is the steadiness of the toy. My son leaned on the face of the puppy and it made the back half pop up and hit him. The curved nature of the puppy/head makes this possible. Just be aware as baby could lean on it, this one can pop up and bop them back.

My almost two year old loves this toy. He loves to pull it along and press all the little buttons. Would be great for younger babies and older since it’s the ABCs. He also loves to be chased with it (RIP mamas back 😂).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this leap frog for my niece and this has became her favorite toy. I love that this not only entertains her but also helps her develop her learning skills since this has different songs, and this helps her learn colors and different numbers. A great learning toy

My autistic 4 yr old is nonverbal but loves the alphabet. He knows the order of the letters and loves lights, so this toy is great for him. He presses each letter button (not stopping long enough to hear the dog talk or sing) and likes how the tail lights up. A great little toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves her leap frog dog! It’s interactive and keeps her busy. I have to add, be careful when cutting the package open! I cut the red leash string by mistake. I was able to fix it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this toy especially because he loves puppies, personally I love that he has toys to learn from and this is a good one to stimulate language, my son is 2 and a half and still does not speak anything, his pediatrician recommended toys like this to help stimulate him!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute pull-along toy. It has an old-fashioned vibe with the colors and wooden parts. But it’s also modern with lights and sounds. My daughter thinks it’s fun to pull-along and also likes to push all the buttons!

My daughter loves the songs and that she can "walk the dog" by herself and I love that it gives each letter and it's sound. Fun learning toy for independent play. I just bought a second one to gift to my nephew this holiday season!

She absolutely loves this toy. It is colorful, makes sounds, and has soft parts like the ears. And as a bonus she's learning! Thanks Leap Frog!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2.5 year old takes this everywhere with us. He likes to pull the dog around more than anything, and likes that it plays music when he does. He does press the keys and listen to the alphabet and everything else it does, but I think the main event is the leash and pulling it around. It’s well made and cute colors. Rolls around just fine, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I RECIEVED THIS leap-frog wooden alphapup toy and gave it straight to my 3 year old daughter. She fell in love with it as soon as she seen it! Definitely well built, as she has slammed it around a few times, and sturdy. Plays the abc's with engaging music. Loud enough to enjoy but not too loud for a living room. Would recommend.
