While we own many different Learning Resources products and are pleased with them, this is an exception. We purchased these for our preschoolers to use with the counting bear family and some other products we own. However, the red and the orange are almost the exact same color. Since these were designed for sorting objects, it will be difficult for preschoolers to distinguish between the two colors and determine which bowl is the correct one. The colors do not match the colors of the other products that they were supposedly designed to accompany. Beware if this is something you are planning to use with younger children in order to help them learn to distinguish colors and be able to divide them accordingly. This product will not help you accomplish that task.
