Mouse doesn't move, no troubleshooting info

Received as a birthday gift and my daughter was so excited! We put batteries in Jack and tried to send him forward... Eyes flash green and blue and he beeps but won't move. We've tried forward, backward, right, and left (individually and in combination, clearing after each attempt), and we get the same beeping error every time. There is no information for troubleshooting in the pamphlet, so we cannot figure out what is wrong. We have tried him on hard wood floors, low carpet, even holding him in the air, and the wheels refuse to turn. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately this came in without the coding cards so it is boring and not really interesting for my kids to play at all… very disappointed.

We opened the box and were very excited only to see that the mouse went in circles, disregarding any coding we entered. It had been a birthday present to our grandson and everyone was so disappointed.

The code and go robot mouse is a fantastic way to teach coding to young children. My boys are 5 and 7 and both of them absolutely love it! The mouse itself is quite a simple design, meaning it is easy for young children to operate and code, and they both especially liked the action button, which made the mouse perform a random action! My 5 year old is still quite heavy handed, but this mouse has definitely stood up to his play, so I would say it's very durable. My 7 year old built a maze to code and send the mouse around and had lots of learning fun doing so! Such a great piece of kit, I would definitely recommend this coding mouse to anyone who wants to start to introduce coding to their class / children.

Purchased this coding mouse for use with my students. We were all so excited to receive it. One day after carefully using it with a small group of students, it was damaged. It now only moves front, back and to the right. Clearly not ideal when you are trying to teach coding for eager learners.
I'm gonna give it another try

I just receive my purchase today 18 march and it doesn't work. I'm disappointed because I had bought one last year and when we had to change the batteries, it did not work again. That's why I have purchased another and it costs a lot with money exchange and it's not working. I can not offer it to my niece for her birthday.

This is my second mouse. I love them. I use them both in my Kindergarten classroom. Kids plan and design a course for the mice. Lots of creativity and problem solving.

I recieved this product as part of an incentivized review program. My kiddos (ages 4 and 7) love the Code & Go mouse! We have the math game that goes along with the mouse and they absolutely love that as well. It's so much fun watching their wheels turn as they try to figure out how to code the mouse. They are so proud when they get it right the first time! They ask to pull this and the math game out often. That's how you know it's a winner!
I would purchase this product again.

I now only wish we had bought one for our 12 year old twin grandchildren as well as for our 4 year old granddaughter. It takes a bit of working out, even for adults. We opted not to buy the board provided, but to run the mouse on a wooden floor with obstacles provided as needed.
Great product, great price!

I bought a set of these for use in our school with K-2 students. They are so much fun! They are very cute and the kids love them. These mice are easy to use and the students had no trouble operating them. They don't always make a full 90 degree turn, but when that happens the kids very easily gave it a nudge to help it out. It depends on what surface you are using them on. There are other similar products out there at a much higher cost. This little toy is a great price for great functionality. I've already recommended this product to others and I'd do it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that anything could introduce my 2.5 year old to coding. It seemed like a pretty technical concept, but when we were gifted the Robot Mouse (we also have the activity set) I was curious to see if she could pick up on it. My husband first brought it out and the two of them went through a couple of the action cards. She laughed and giggled and loved watching the mouse go. Fast forward two weeks and I pulled it out to use again. She remembered how to follow the cards and program the mouse! I am very happy with this product and the fact that it can be used for years as my child grows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my daughter first received this as a gift, I thought it would be too advanced for her - she is only 2.5. However, I was surprised at how much she enjoyed this and actually caught on to the coding! We set it up and showed her how to do the first two cards. She was so excited to watch the mouse finally get the cheese. It was definitely entertaining and even my husband and I found it a little addicting. A couple of weeks later we pulled it back out, and to my surprise, my daughter picked up the mouse and began doing the codes by herself. I can't believe she remembered! I definitely can see why the age range is stated as such, but I can testify that even toddlers and preschoolers enjoy this set. I highly recommend it! My father does a lot of coding, so I know he will get a kick out of this when he visits in a month.
Fun but has no activities manual or the maze to use

Great toy, boring it does not come with activities manual, does not come with a maze or play mate, could be useful but buying the mouse by itself can be a challenge when teaching a kid
