Ripper comes with a book of experiments to do, allowing you to add a formal educational element to this toy. A younger child would need support to access them. Just by free playing with the toy a child would naturally learn about forces, but changing the pressure they hit the popper with. My son played with Ripper for ages just using his imagination. These are also compatible with Coding Critters Rumble and Roar. Ripper has a magnet in his nose and my son had great fun using the opposite poles to push them apart. I really like the fact that these can be played with independently and so much be learnt and then with some adult input that learning can be extended.

Fun little product, my children loved the dinosaur the most. Good that there are different characters, would be good if some of them did different things.
