My son loves playing with These And They Worked Great With His Play-Doh!

I waited a long time for these to arrive. They are hollow like cookie cutters rather than solid blocks so not great for cleaning. They are also very loud when they clank against each other or are poured out from the bag. The colors are not as vibrant as they are in the picture. My toddler seems to like them though and he’s not even stacking them yet.

These are great for toddlers to use for learning the alphabet. They're sturdy and can be used in water play or sand play too.

These are so fun! I love using these with my 2-year-old to identify colors and letters. She also thinks it's super fun to stack them and knock them down!

This is also a Christmas gift but as a grandmother and educater, I look forward to using play dough to cut out letters and create so many wonderful things letters bring to a toddlers life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mother of four children and a preschool teacher, I have many alphabet sets. I have magnets and cards and books and stamps of all sorts that are alphabet letters. I was initially drawn to this particular set because of how much it reminded me of "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom", but then I discovered how versatile it is. These chunky block-letter, letter blocks come in five different colors; red, orange, green, blue and purple. One side is smooth and the opposite side is hollow. They are made of sturdy plastic and have a blue canvas bag to carry and store them in. The hallow side of the blocks can be used for stamping with ink or paint or play doh as well. (My children found out very quickly how easy it is to clean play doh out of the hallow side!) The letters can be used to spell out words horizontally or be stacked on top of one another building letter towers and later word towers. My kids do love to get out their copy of "Chick Chick Boom Boom" and match the letter blocks to the letters in the book! This is a cute and fun set.

These are good quality capital letter blocks. They are great for hiding in sensory tables, using for playdough, or making a letter tower. Because they are hollow blocks, you do have to be sure that shaving cream or playdough does not get stuck in the little corners of the letters, but other than that, these have been a great addition to our speech-therapy room!

These letters have helped my 2.5 yr old make learning fun! He gets so excited when he knows what a letter is and makes the correct sound for the letter. The letters are just the right size for little hands. I received this product as part of an incentivized review program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great colors and fun to play with. It was nice to have multiple letter blocks of vowels. Fun to show kids how to stack, spell simple words and teach capital letters. It would be nice to combine the blocks with lower case letters as well. I have not tried stamping with the blocks but looks promising. I wonder if it is safe to use as cookie cutters. I like that it comes with a storage bag for easy clean-up.

Love the letters and the fact that they can stack however you cannot stack more than 3 letters easily without it falling. However that's the kids favorite part is the falling blocks!!! You can teach the alphabet and u can spell words as well. The other con is I ran out of ideas to play with them pretty quick.

These blocks are sturdy and a nice size, easy enough for a child to hold but not eat and sallow. They are great for a classroom because you can use them to trace or to use in play foam. Overall these blocks are wonderful for teaching!

Bright and colorful, these letter blocks are loads of fun learning letters with play-do, sand, and even by themselves. A great tool for any teacher to have on-hand in daycare or pre-school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of an incentivized review program and liked the bright colors and the letter recognition for the toddlers. The 5 year old is practicing sight words so this was fun for him as well. The reason I didn't give more stars is because we tried the play-doh idea on the box and it was quite difficult to get all of the play-doh out of the cracks and crevices. Since the box also says they cannot go in the dishwasher or be submerged, this made clean up that much trickier. The other comment is the storage bag. While it's excellent that one was included (yay!) to keep everything in one place, it's not quite big enough for the kids to get everything in and then have the ability to close it. Maybe a ziplock type top or Velcro all across the top or a drawstring or something? You have to be coordinated enough to hold the top tightly enough to put the current Velcro strap around it and the little hands aren't big enough/coordinated enough yet which means they keep spilling out onto the floor/cabinet. The product is well made, colorful, engaging and great for sight words (and more once they're older) but it's really tough to clean up if you try the suggestions on the box.

It also comes with a storage bag for the blocks. I love that! There are so many different acclivities to do when playing with these blocks. You can sort them by color, spell words, put them in alphabetical order, stack them and even use them for stamping out letters. So many things to do! They are made very strong and have awesome, bright colors. My kids just love these and we highly recommend this to everyone! I received this product as part of an incentivized review program.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old loves playing with this item. Rather it be picking out the letters or color sorting them, she is always thinking with it. The only thing I would say to change the storage bag as it comes open very easy and my daughter had a hard time closing it by herself.

I received this block set free to review for my classroom. The blocks are very appealing with great colors and an easy storage bag. I added these to my blocks center for free play. The children have a very difficult time stacking the blocks. They are easy to topple and hard to balance more than two or three at a time. The students have enjoyed working this them putting them in ABC order and adding the blocks to the top of a block buildings they have, for example putting a D on top of a building by David. The only real draw back is that they are hard to stack on their own. They add some letter fun to the block center.
