This was refurbished, so the box it came in was a little beat up & lackluster - but the product itself that came out was in perfect condition. I’ve used it one night, I clicked through all sounds / adjusted the volume & left it on “pink” noise for 8 hours. I have been using a small fan from Honey for the past few years bc a physical fan was the only one that could deliver the sound I needed to both south and cover up house noises of other people, etc. Sadly, after what’s been every single night for 4-5 years, it’s starting to click or make a noise and for sleeping I can’t take the chance bc I can’t sleep without it. But after reading reviews, and for its price point (esp finding a refurbished one), instead of another fan (I don’t necessarily need the air circulation) I chose this — and so far, I’m impressed! I had tried another white noise machine but it didn’t have the OOMPH it needed to mask sound. This gets LOUD (if you want), has great sound options, and plays a constant loop. A lot of people recommended the BROWN NOISE, however I found for me the PINK noise was perfect. I even liked some of their “fan” sounds that ran a close second, but we’ll see. Hopefully it lasts beyond a night, but so far I’m very pleased!

Works great. The wire plugs into the bottom. The volume can be adjusted and can go pretty loud. Quite a few different fan type noises to choose from. I'm very happy with it.

The volume controls on this are great as you can make the noises quite low to extremely loud. I had seen reviews online about different white noise machines and this one definitely lives up to the hype and can get really loud. I love most of the fan noises, though I don't enjoy most of the other noises (but there's I believe 24 in total so lots of options). Had some minor issues when I got it with the power cord, called their 1-800 number, got to speak to a knowledgable person immediately, no automated anything, and she was able to resolve my problem quickly. Overall impressed.
