Q: The LED button on the unit only turns the green lasers on and off rather than rotate the colors of the dome. Is this a malfunction or is there a different way to do it? Instructions and q/a say that button should rotate colors like the remote does.

Q: I bought this yet it doesn't want to connect to Bluetooth. How do I fix it? If says nothing when I plug it in and when I scan for new Bluetooth devices nothing shows up

Q: I don’t get it is there a Bluetooth for it ? Because I heard that it just goes along with every song it hears, but it’s not doing that.
A: No Bluetooth. Sound sync is activated through the MUSIC button on the projector or the Music Mode buttons on the remote. Make sure audio sensor on the side is not covered.

Q: Why is this product considered a cancer risk? Is it in the materials or does the light emit something that can cause cancer?
A: Prop 65 warning is listed as a precaution, but does not mean that the product contains cancer causing materials

Q: Are the green lasers safe for the eyes? My kids love this but I didn't see any safety information on this. Thank you!
A: Hi SS..it is safe as long as your children are staring at the projection on the wall or ceiling. They should not be staring directly into the projector and the beam from it.

Q: I tried doing what the box and Q&A anwsers says to do with the music mode, like playing music, but it only activates when I tap on it. Is this normal?
