A: Yes it will charge using the USB in the back of the light. You would use this the same exact way that you would use any other USB to charge an item. The wireless charge will not charge the airpod 2 or apple watch.

If you are thinking of buying this lamp becuase of its wireless charging feature, I advise you not to do it. While the lamp itself works fine, the wireless charger component does not. It works for a minute or two before it begins to malfunction and fails to charge your phone.

The lamp is great, and it dims so you can choose how bright to have it. The wireless charging is good but a little testy, you have to catch it just right for it to charge, and I wish it charged a little faster. But overall, it's a nice feature to have on it. I don't love how large the base is, but obviously it needs the space for the wireless charging, but it does take up a decent amount of space on whatever surface it's on. I have a large surface on my corner desk, so it doesn't make much of a difference for me, but it may take up more space on a smaller space than you might expect. It took me a while to write my review because FedEx lost the original lamp, but Target customer service was great and was able to send me a replacement within a few days of contacting them.

I really like the wireless charging on this lamp. I use it to charge my phone while I'm doing my school work. I can also charge my tablet at the same time. Very efficient use of technology. And the light itself is very bright which is nice. It helps me from falling asleep while studying. :)

I really am enjoying my new lamp. I work from home and I have it sitting right on my desk next to my computer. It puts out a pretty good light and I can also charge my phone and tablet at the same time. Great value since it has multiple uses. Charging two things at once and lighting up my desk at the same time is pretty cool.

I am obsessed with the wireless feature. It is so convenient not having cords all over my desk. I have never seen a lamp like this and just knew that I had to have it. I ended up purchasing two more as presents and I know that the recipients are going to love them. The different brightness settings are really awesome for these gloomy days in Maine.

I have a wireless charger but it doesn't work nearly as well as the wireless charger on this lamp. Plus this has a USB that I can use to charge my tablet.

I was looking for a new lamp for my office. something not too big but bright. This lamp totally delivers for me. The base is small enough not to take up much room, but also includes a wireless charging pad so i always have a place to put my phone and don't have to dig around to find my USB cable. I also like the brightness levels and adjustable neck. Works great in my space.

Wireless charging works great. At first I was a little hesitant but this is a great lamp at a great price.
