For a chip with protein I guess it’s ok. It’s like eating a rice cake with a few spices. For flavor I give it a 1. But if you are craving a chip and don’t want to blow your macros, it will do .

Expensive if you think chip wise however for the protein and the taste these are really good and the individual bag is pretty big so it’s a good high protein snack. I’m not an expert but the ingredients seem pretty good too. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a high protein snack.

Deeeelicious. Now, keep in mind I am not really a chip person. But I love easy protein, and he protein bars get monotonous and sweet after a while. I am a big fan of the Legendary Foods brand so far because they use whey isolate, not plain whey. I am super lactose intolerant and there is not enough lactose in these chips to make me feel any symptoms. And I am sensitive, if I eat a cookie with a little butter in it and feel it for the next two days.
