This pre-workout is great. It gives me the boost that I need to get going for early morning workouts. I feel I can work out better and for longer when using Legion pre-workout. I mix one scoop of this version with the caffeinated version and I feel it does just right. The caffeinated version has 350 mg of caffeine, which is a bit too much for me. Mixing the two gives me the full benefits of the preworkout formula minus the extra caffeine.

Had been buying beta alanine and citrulline malate individually from Bulk Supplements and making my own pre-workout adding low/no cal flavoring. Thought I'd try this for the convenience. The taste (grape) is horrific. Seems to work fine but...that taste. Choked it down for about a week's worth of workouts and then gave up and discarded the rest. Going back to making my own.

I love this pre-workout! unlike other pre-workouts, this one doesn't make me feel like im vibrating or upset my stomach while still giving that push to help me get through my workout. And the flavor is amazing, I love the tropical punch!

It has been a game changer for me in so many ways my performance is amazing in the gym there really is no reason for the caffeine I feel great! Especially taking the Non stim at night after I get off for my workouts so happy and the amount of focus you feel and results you get from using this is amazing but you have to put in the work this doesn't work unless you put in the time!

For a while, I've been looking for a stim-free pre-workout that checks all the boxes in terms of efficacious dosages and ingredients. I don't want to always rely on caffeine for my workouts particularly if it's upper body specific. Pro Tip: for anyone looking to cut the caffeine dose of Pulse but still wants to get the full effects of the ergogenics: 1 scoop Stim-Free Blue Raspberry + 1 scoop of caffeinated Blueberry Lemonade and you get just what you need without too much stimulation! Currently, these are my repeat flavor orders.

Both Sour Candy and Fruit Punch were some of their top flavors but one tastes like Malibu and the other tastes so artificial, its not pleasing at all. It makes me feel amazing when I am in the gym... that is after I force myself to drink it.
