This is a good pre-workout. I'm happy with the ratio of caffeine to L-theanine, and there is plenty of beta alanine, which I find is often lacking in other pre-workouts.

I enjoy high stim pre-workouts but this one definitely takes the cake. I would highly suggest this to anyone who works out in the morning (working out any later with this will most likely have you kinda awake still if not careful). You can really feel a boost of energy and mojito is a really good flavor as well!

First of all I LOVE Legion since I've started using this brand! I love this pre-workout as well, and when I heard they made a Rainbow Sherbert flavor I was psyched! I love Reign's Rainbow Sherbert canned pre workout, so I was excites to give this flavor a try... (I prefer the fruit punch) unfortunately, this flavor is way too sweet and sort of bland at the same time... tastes more like a sweet/spur pink lemonade rather than Rainbow Sherbert... it just wasn't the taste I was looking or hoping for. I'll have to go back to fruit punch. :/
