I had several deficiencies after doing a complete bloodwork panel. I was experiencing a lot of daytime fatigue and it was frustrating me. After quite a bit of research, I settled on Triumph. So far I have been very pleased. My endurance in the gym has improved, I feel like the afternoon sluggishness has improved noticeably. Sure, taking 8 capsules a day might put some people off, but if it works, who cares?!? Minor inconvenience at best. I only bought a month supply, but I plan on a subscription so it will be something I intend to keep using.

I gave this 3 stars only because this is the only thing I have not absolutely LOVED from this company. I only took the capsules for 2 days because it left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I could use this supplement but I can not deal with that taste.

I absolutely love the way these vitamins make me feel, and the energy increase I've noticed. I don't mind taking 8 per day (I take 4 in the morning, and 4 in the evening. But… I don't know if it's just me, or something about the pills, but they are very difficult to swallow. I typically do not have issues taking pills, but with these, I feel like a have to be careful. Even though I only swallow one at a time, it is almost like once the pills are wet, and I swallow, they almost get stuck in my throat. There have been a couple times that I gagged them back up. I have no issues with other pills or supplements, and one of my sleeping supplements is larger, but I never have a problem with it.

Taking 8 capsules per day seemed a little crazy at first but now it's just part of my daily routine. I take 4 in the morning with breakfast and 4 with lunch. Great product, great quality just like the other Legion products in my daily routine.

I feel great on this and I love that it has chaste berry to help with pms symptoms….I subscribe to FLO gummies for pms, but I may stop since some of the ingredients are redundant in this multi. My energy levels are fantastic on this, I workout 6 days a week, in the morning and take this before each workout, and with dinner…I find when I take it too close to bedtime I don't fall asleep as well, I guess this might give me too much energy before bed, though it might be a fluke. I should probably try taking it after lunch to see if there's a difference. I subscribe to this and love it!
