LEGO Architecture Landmarks Collection: Himeji Castle Collectible Model Kit 21060

I’ve been building this for a few days now and Every-time I build it, it starts to crumble in my hands, because of the base of the structure keeps falling apart or popping off. I try and build and it crumbles I give it a few days and it crumbles again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set is pretty fun to build when it it’s crumbling in your hand cause the contraption of makeshift baseplates to support this thing is beyond abysmal. Had this set straight fall apart in my hand multiple times while building the blocks don’t even click into each other properly

A wonderful build! A lot of the pieces were used very creatively and it looks lovely overall! Lots of fun, do recommend.

This was one of the coolest builds. You can look and see all the interior details as you are building. Interesting. FUN build.

ive wanted this set for over a year and now ive got it ive never been happier, building it was so much fun and it just looks so sick

My wife and I visited Hemiji last April and since then I knew I had to get this set. It’s incredible the level of detail in this set and it’s awesome being able to retrace our steps and see some of the exact paths we walked.

Gave this to my adult son for Christmas and he thoroughly enjoyed building the castle. It’s on display now in his home.

Excellent build another addition to my architecture builds I have done. Also my 62 Lego set done in less than a year. My new guilty pleasure.

Cannot complete any of it as 6 pieces are not in the bag very disapointed and would not recommend getting as present as waiting times for replacement bricks are long

My grandson was very enthusiastic about building this project. And we were happy with how it builds focus, patience and perseverance. However, many key pieces with specific shapes are missing that trying to build this makes him more frustrated. Extremely disappointed and upset. Especially at the prices Lego sets cost, these omissions are unacceptable

Very pretty little set although I would have liked a bit more detail. Nice quick build - under a day. My main gripe is that the instructions do not match the parts supplied (page 182, step 261). The two 1x6 stud dark brown plates are not supplied, instead there are two 1x4 stud plus five extra/unlisted "column bases" (I first used them in the Colosseum set, hence the name). While the shorter 1x4's would fit instead of the 1x6's there was no way to attach the additional 1 stud parts at either end to make up the full 6 needed in the space. Fortunately I was able to finish the build by simply leaving some gaps, but I did waste a lot of time going through all the remaining bricks and carefully checking back to make sure I had not made a mistake elsewhere. I was using the printed instructions supplied, I don't know if the app version is different. The printed parts list and the printed instructions match, but the build seems to have changed somewhere. All in all a nice set though, I just need to find some shelf space to display it.

Unbelievable for this set, there are over 5 pieces missing. Never happened on other Lego set.

so amazing to build, so much technical internal work

As a fan of Chinese architecture, I knew I had to grab this set. The build experience as phenomenal and the level of detail is out of this world! My one complaint is that I wish the building opened up more reveling the details inside but stuff like that an be challenging when it comes to sets at this scale.

When I opened the box, I found the No. 10 was ripped open. There were pieces missing. This is the second set that had missing pieces. It stalls the building of the piece and is Very Aggravating.

I just loved this build and looks stunning next to my zen garden set
