Unfortunately I am venting my frustration on Target's shipping practices and not on the item that I never received. Package was stolen from my front porch right before Christmas. I have video evidence and even created a police report. Target customer service will not replace the item because they said they have no responsibility after the item is shipped and stated they do not insure their packages and claim I had the option to do so myself (but I do not recall seeing this option for a kids Lego toy). I tried to contact UPS to make a claim, but they state the shipper placed restrictions on the package so I don't have any options as the receiver. Target customer service was also kind enough to tell me I would just need to purchase another item if I wanted it. Thanks. Happy holidays.

I have never felt the need to write a review about a Lego product before but this one is so good I felt the need to share! I have done plenty of 18+ Lego builds and have enjoyed them all, but strangely this is for 9+ years and it's the most fun I've had building Lego in a long while! The giraffe is so cool I don't really want to break it up to build the other animals, but I will and then make the giraffe up again for keeps :-).

Fits nicely among your plants, and a perfect gift for someone who wants to add a little safari to their lives, and those in need of a plant that doesnt requre watering. Kids will love it too, but keep it away from the youngest as it has quite small parts.

The directions were so easy and our youngest kids could gather all the pieces. It took us about 4 hours but we moved slowly. Watching all these pieces come to life was fantastic. I was amazed at the attention to detail and quality. My little ones just loved seeing them come to life. Now it’s just figuring out where we can display them! Looks like we need a dedicated Lego cabinet. We’ll be buying more to do as a family! Absolutely recommend for anyone to do on their own or with others! Love Lego!! ❤️

It took two evenings and was very satisfactory to see her grow and become the majestic animal she is. The moving parts are a fun addition, and we like to put her in different positions around our home. I think she will last for a long time, before we will go ahead and build the lion and antelopes. The flamingo was a quick build, not much to add to her, but we did use a few extra pieces to dress her up a bit more. The tree was also fun, but a but basic. All in all, we love this set!

Hello Lego! I would like to say I have been building your products and buying your products for many years now. Sadly, I have been unable to finish 1 Lego set and have to buy another set. I’m not very happy about this because when I would be close to finishing or just start I have had to stop. In December I bought a parrot and when I was almost done I realized I was missing pieces and a WHOLE BAG. I know you may think I lost them but no. The pieces and bag were not there, leaving me to have to buy a whole new box! Then about 3 days ago I received this giraffe as a gift from my mother and as I went on to build the head I come to find out AGAIN that I am missing a bag. I am very disappointed considering the price of this product and the lack of effort put into making it a good experience.
