Description
Immerse fans of Disney’s The Little Mermaid in a world of undersea fun with the LEGO DUPLO Disney Ariel’s Magical Underwater Palace (10435) building set for preschool kids. Toddlers ages 2 and up use their logical thinking and self-expression to recreate scenes from the Disney Junior TV show Ariel. Toddlers help the LEGO DUPLO Disney Princess Ariel figure to get ready in her bedroom. She then hits the dancefloor, with Fernie and Sebastian playing musical instruments. These are just some of many accessories included in this The Little Mermaid toy that inspire toddlers to invent stories about Ariel and her friends. By role-playing the characters, toddlers explore how to build relationships. This buildable educational toy also develops dexterity as toddlers spin the dancefloor and push the movable swing. Ariel’s undersea buildable kids' learning toy also helps preschoolers practice fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they assemble this set’s building bricks in their own creative way to make a display piece they’ll be proud of. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set is seriously the cutest! My seven year old daughter put it together pretty easily and is obsessed with the little Lego characters. She even takes them in the bath and brings them everywhere. The only tricky part was the swing. It is a bit off balance so every time she tried to actually swing the character it would fall apart. It got so frustrating that we finally just glued it together. Other than that it has been a huge hit!
Magical and Fun, But Could Be Better Organized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently gifted the Lego Ariel’s Magical Underwater Palace to my three-year-old for Christmas, and it was a huge hit! She had so much fun building it with her nine-year-old sister, which made it a wonderful bonding experience. The set is perfect for younger kids since the pieces are larger than those in typical Lego sets for older children, making it easier for little hands to manage. My only complaint is that the bags weren’t labeled or organized according to the instructions. We had to dump all the bags into one pile because they were completely mixed up, which added a bit of unnecessary frustration. Despite that, it’s a beautiful set with bright, fun colors and great details. Both of my kids loved it, and it’s been a magical addition to their playtime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family absolutely adored this set! I must begin by saying these may be the most endearing Lego characters I've ever laid eyes on - they're incredibly detailed. I applaud Duplo for prioritizing safety for younger users. Lego consistently inspires kids to unlock their creative potential, hone their hand-eye coordination, and bring joy to people of all ages through ingenious designs. This set was a breeze to assemble and provided endless entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is great for any Little Mermaid or just mermaid fans in general. My daughter has a ton of Duplo sets and was soo excited to put this one together. Although she just turned 7, I still prefer these legos as they are a little bigger and easier to put together and take apart. She’s already added in her other Ariel sets and made a big underwater kingdom. Very much pleased with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I helped my daughter put it together. Overall, it was ok, but too pricey for what you get. Disappointed that Flounder wasn't included in the set, because he's an original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child loves this Lego set! I didn’t realize how large the set would be overall but that’s okay! It’s for ages 2 and up so littles can join in on the building as well. It’s great!
Frustrating to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I noticed was the bags were not labeled which frustrated my 5 year old. The prices for each step were mixed into different bags. Once assembled it is very bright which pulls in the children's attention.
