The LEGO Marvel The Avengers vs. The Leviathan (76290) collectible superhero toy recreates the final battle scene from the Marvel Studios' The Avengers film. This buildable LEGO Marvel model for kids ages 7 and up features an iconic cast of characters, plus a host of authentic features and functions. This Avengers birthday gift idea set includes 4 minifigures – Captain America with his shield, Black Widow holding a stud shooter, Loki with his cape and helmet, and a Chitauri warrior with a laser pistol – plus a large Hulk action figure. The buildable Leviathan features 6 moveable fins, an opening mouth, a head that can be turned slightly sideways and 2 stud shooters. The Leviathan comes with transparent stands that enable the minifigures to ‘fly’ during play and make the display even more impressive. For added digital fun, the intuitive LEGO Builder app lets kids zoom in, rotate models in 3D, save sets and track progress as they build. Contains 347 pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun build! The body is movable, which is fun, and makes it seem lifelike. There are quite a few characters and accessories included in this set as well, adding more bang for your buck. Be careful, though! The "teeth" really are sharp.

Overall the Lego set was great! But did a 4/5 because the hair for Hulk does not snap on like regular Lego hair and it keeps falling off. Hulk was the highlight of this Lego set so my son was a little disappointed with his hair not staying attached.

This collectable Super Hero playset recreates the final battle scene from Marvel Studios, The Avengers. It's for ages 7 and up, and comes with five iconic cast characters! The characters included are Hulk, Black Widow, Captain America, Chitauri, and Loki. It contains 347 pieces and was very easy to build. The booklet provided step by step instructions and the bags were labeled for each step which was very helpful! What's really neat with this set is, Black Widow and Chitauri blast out little lego pieces. The Leviathan "Air Whale" also blasts out little Lego pieces as well! Overall, this is so neat, fun, and just different. My son is 8 and he had such a blast building this! He said this is by far his favorite Lego set yet! Highly recommend!! This would make a perfect gift for any Marvel fan!

The directions were fairly easy to follow and you work on the pieces one bag at a time. My boys love all the different characters. The only thing is they also lost a tiny connection piece to connect the dragon together where it swivels so not it falls apart there. Otherwise a really great set

He said it wasn’t that hard to put together but it doesn’t like to stay together, so if you hit it the wrong way parts fall off and you have to put them back on again. So maybe think of that when building the harder sets.

The set is great. Fits great in a city, almost identical of the one in the avengers tower. It's a great set, but it deserved to be a bit larger. Maybe like 16×48.

This is a fun leviathan build, but the Captain America figure is a little wonky with the new head, and the jaw for this version of the leviathan is not quite right. However, the inclusion of the Chitauri and the new bigfig Hulk are wonderful

The Hulk big fig is nice, and Loki comes with a silicone cape. Building it was fun. This set is a worthwhile addition to the collection.

My son (13 years old) doesn't use the instructions and dumps all the peices together because he builds the characters that way. He said all the Legos were included and it was a simple build. Very durable and the design was spot on.
