This versatile LEGO Minecraft set features popular gaming figures, fun features and action-packed adventures for hours of pretend play. Kids can join Minecraft action hero Alex on a mission to remove ancient debris from a section of the Nether fortress bridge located in the crimson forest. When the debris is removed, lava elements cascade down, and Minecraft figures – including a stone-sword wielding wither skeleton and a rod-spinning blaze – block Alex’s escape. Kids can battle the mobs with a diamond sword before fleeing on another Minecraft figure – a strider with posable legs and a saddle. For extra digital fun, the LEGO Builder app lets kids zoom in and rotate models in 3D using their device. This makes a great birthday, holiday or any-day gift for kids and young Minecraft fans. My son loves these minecraft sets and I'm a hug fan of lego. But seeing how much they pack into a little set makes it awesome for the times where money's tight but the kiddo wants a new toy.

I would recommend this set for anyone looking to expand their collection of Lego Minecraft mobs. The play feature doesn’t work perfectly, as the lava needs some help falling over. I still think it is a good set to get especially at this price.
