I built 2 of these sets with my daughter. The playability of this set is top tier and the minis are great quality. Unfortunately, the pc count is unacceptable for $40, with $30 being more reasonable. If there were more pieces I wouldn't hesitate to get multiples for MOC builds.

Loved the mini figures printing, it’s a good set. Was easy for my 7 year old to put together. He liked the gate feature. Didn’t like the price, for the lesser amount of pieces.

Great set, though I wish it was bigger. I bought two so I could make a moc with a larger door. The Moff Gideon is a great addition to your collection, if you missed it in the light cruiser set.

It has under 300 pieces, so it’s perfect for those kids just starting to play with legos. It is for ages 7 and up. It did not take my son too long to assemble, and it kept him interested. The best part is after putting it together, they can play with it and use their imaginations to create battles with the characters and interactive pieces.

They have always loved Lego but generally have a hard time assembling the kits without help. This one was perfect because they were able to assemble it completely on their own. They were really excited about the Star Wars theme! I liked that it kept them occupied for a couple of hours with no arguing. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of it all put together before my youngest pulled it apart, but I'm sure they'll be putting it back together sometime.

He put it together literally in less than like 15 minutes and came out the room excited to show me.  Very cool and I like that that’s actual parts that you can move and even like little missiles or lasers if you will that actually shoot out my son really liked this Lego set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fun build. It only took around an hour from start to finish. I completed this with my 7 year old! This set comes with about 289 pieces. As well as 4 Star Wars characters. Paz Vizsla looks ready to battle with his mini blaster and full suit of armor. Moff Gideon looks super cool in all Red & Black & ready to go with his jet pack. The two Imperial Praetorian Guards also come with weapons and are ready for battle. Only con I have found with this set is the door. For some reason once the set is built, I find it difficult to open and close the door, without a little force. Then you run the risk of pieces falling off, and having to re-build. When it’s only half built, no issue. I’m not sure why this is. Either way. It’s only a minor issue. Other than that super easy, fun build. Would recommend!

I thought this set didn’t look big enough for the price. But I was VERY wrong. The mini figures are really good and have great printing, the build is really big and the play features are interesting and useful, overall this set is an 8.5 out of ten and makes me want to build more Lego Star Wars sets.

I ordered this recently from Lego for my son and I’m glad I did. We loved watching the series and I think this scene was a really good choice of scenes to be made and I’m glad it was an affordable one with especially good minifigure choice. The characters are reproduced really well and I like that Paz is made quite bulky with loads of detail and the guards look brilliant all in red and I’m glad they put two guards in. My son made this by himself quite quickly without no help or problems with instructions and had no issues with it falling apart and he loved it and it immediately went into his collection connected to other builds in one big battle scene too quick for me to get a photo which is a shame because it is a really photogenic set. Looks like one of the best smaller size Star Wars sets of recent years at a really reasonable price. Definitely worth it. Thank you.
