Since I also have R2-D2, C-3PO look great together. I'm impressed with the people that make these products, then put them in a direction book format with photos that make it easier to assemble. C-3PO's background color (grey) made it more difficult to follow the directions, especially under low light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a star wars fan I was very happy to see they are making these Lego sets . And I was thrilled when I got my hands on the C-3PO Lego set. I must say this unit packing wise was pretty impressive and straight forward. All piece were individually packed to the part that you were building . The Manual is perfect but I downloaded the Lego builder app . And I’ll say it’s pretty good in helping stage by stage . It’s had been a minute since I’ve built a full Lego set but I was up for the task. It’s was a fun build, but it started off a bit slow , you have to aware because some of the smaller pieces do look like the ones you, thought you needed. But once you get all in order it’s a pretty dope build . I’m looking forward to making more from the Starwars collection. And I do have my eyes on the Pharrell’ Williams piece .

Received this as a gift for my birthday and was beyond excited as I already have R2D2 so this was the missing piece. Sadly as soon as I started the build I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the gold parts. My past are just covered in lines, which I'm sure are possible just from the mold but this isn't accurately shown on the box at all so I feel like you aren't getting the product that is advertised to you. It's super disappointing considering the price also. I reached out to lego and they asked for pictures and said they could possibly replace some of the parts for me but it's been weeks and I haven't heard back. Maybe you'll have better luck with the quality you receive.

I have every single of the other sets from this series. Yes very expensive, but also yes very awesome. Anyway this one was just like the rest, cool, looks nice, doesn’t fall over either.

Already had R2D2 so definitely wanted this to go with. The base was a little wobbly but not bad. Overall I loved the build and think it's a great set. Especially to go along with R2. We'll worth the buy.

Love the C-3PO character in Star Wars, I just rewatched the original trilogy and it’s nice to have the him as a Lego in my collection. Looks great on display. I occasionally pick it up and pretend it’s a Grammy. Looks nice next to my R2-D2

overall, really nice Build. The base is a little wobbly because the last brick of the layer isn’t one big one. It’s a whole bunch of stacks so every time I go and grab it it breaks off the base and pieces go flying. also the head doesn’t snap on I get the ability for it to be able to turn, but it quite literally just falls off when I was looking to fix the base. It rolled right off my table when I had previously put it on already.

This build was very fun and adequately captures the quirkiness of C-3PO. For the price, I felt like I got plenty of build time and good final product size. I probably would’ve enjoyed a slightly more difficult build but nevertheless this was and is an excellent set! 10/10

This set is amazing. An elegant display model that brilliantly captures C-3PO in Lego form. It was a thrilling build process with delightful techniques and details. Let’s dive into the pros and cons. Pros: The display plaque is incredibly detailed and has a spot for the best C-3PO minifigure money can buy. The build is wonderful and a faithful representation of our favorite droid butler. He also pairs perfectly with the R2-D2. Cons: This is an 18+ set, made for collectors, so if Lego is going to be charging a premium price, I am going to be appalled to find a fairly lengthy sticker sheet. This set would be all the better if they simply used all printed parts. But if they do that, they need to make sure the color matches….without using Photoshop!

C-3PO is a very simple build. I found it to be very easy and built it in a couple of hours. For the cost I had hoped it would be more challenging. The R2D2 was more challenging than this.
