Q: How big is the box, need to know size of gift bag

Q: The description states that this is a TIE Bomber and the images are of a TIE Bomber, but the title description states that this is a Boba Fett's Starship Microfighter. Which is correct?

As with many other lego builds, the design and build is good, however, there is zero consideration to display. There is no stand or support for the bomber so it’s expected to sit on its own wings and looks terrible displayed this way. Don’t waste your money or you’ll be looking to buy a bespoke stand at significant expense to make it look right. Step up Lego and sort your presentation!

there's nothing wrong about this set. The detail is great, printed pieces, pretty good value for money. The build experience can get little annoying with the sea of grey but it's more than manageable. The only thing I would've liked to see (this is purely niche feedback and does not devalue the set in anyway) is a clip to hold the blaster for the pilot
:)

This set makes me happy. It is very detailed and fun to play with. Though the best part is Darth Vader!!! I love bombing my sisters!!!

First off, this set is pretty cool. The bomber looks nice and the dropping feature is cool, but the dropping feature leaves a gaping hole in the top! That’s pretty weird. But then, there’s the figures. TIE pilot obviously makes sense, and the gonk droid (not a figure, brick built) is nice looking. And then there’s Vader. Why? Why is Vader in this set? I would assume that this is from ESB (or maybe Mandalorian or ROTJ) because they all feature TIE bombers, but why is Admiral Sloane in there? She’s practically never seen AT All in any movies and it would be better to have a random Imperial officer or a maintenance crew member.

The bomb function can hit other LEGOs which is really cool. It was difficult to build but worth it because it has lots of different details like lasers, wings, and the bomb function mentioned above. It does break easily, but is still fun to play with.
Small but cool

This is a pretty simply build. I loved every second of it. I originally just bought it to put next to the UCS tie fighter and tie pilot helmet but I ended up liking it a whole lot more. The build itself didn’t take long at all and didn’t have anything complicated happen either. Definitely recommend to builders of all skill levels!
Really good but could be better.

I think it was a really good set but there were some things that could be better: 1. The cockpit window could be see-through like previous TIE vehicles. 2. Another Minifigure like an Imperial Officer, Gunner, or even a Stormtrooper would be fine. Apart from that I think it was a really good set, but those key points leave it back one star.
It’s finally been remade

My son really enjoyed building this and he especially enjoyed building the wings. The mini figures are great too. The new imperial commander minifigure is really fun to say, and Darth Vader is a good inclusion. The gonk droid is a bit generic but it’s fun to get. The major complaint is with the tie bomber pilot. It is a new mini figure, but Lego don’t seem to care that you can see the back of the head because of the design of the helmet. It should have been an all-black face with some face printing on the front like we see in the movies. Some positives of this set: the hover lift which can be used to store extra bombs, and the tie bomber itself which looks really sleek and new. The feature where you can drop bombs with the flick fire missiles is really fun and it’s easy to get a mini figure into the cockpit. Overall this is a really great set.

With this order it marks the 3rd time where my items have have come in essentially destroyed (the actual Lego box for the item). The shipping box that the items we came in was not damaged but the way the Legos were packed inside resulted in the items being damaged which in turn forced me to further open them as they could not be kept in their condition.

I am close to retirement age, but I know many who have already retired and having nothing to do. I am buying multiple sets of Legos now, so when retirement arrives, I will have fun building the great Lego sets I've purchased. And my grandkids can build with me, creating great memories and fun experiences. Especially with fantastic themes like Star Wars and Harry Potter.
Thank you Legos

My son who is autistic and just turned 12 , LOVES Legos. This tie bomber was given as gift. My son told me he didn’t want any help and He finished in just 3 hrs. We have now moved on to the millennium falcon, the larger one with over 600 pieces. He LOVES it!! Now all he wants to play with is Legos. Thank you Legos. If you only knew what this means to me as a mom.
Love it!!

Normally I dont have many problems with lego but adding darth vader was kinda a mindless move. Lately Lego has just thrown him into sets. Enjoyable build good display but bad figures.
