The shade came and was a great match to my lamp that I have had since the 80s. I was devastated when it broke. The only thing is that the shade has several large seams on it. It looks like it was glued together in sections. I reached out and after they did some investigating, I was told they are all this way, with anywhere from 1 to 4 seams. if this was in the reviews or the description I probably would have purchased something different as the original I broke was a solid piece. I was offered to return it for a refund if I wanted. I just chose to keep it. The rep I spoke to Bernadette, was very nice! She took the time to look into this for me and kept contact. The package came very secure! The company did a great job of protecting it. FedEx however took it on a tour of the US for 17 days…but that was not Legman’s fault! Overall they had great service!
