Designed for a small hive (the nucleus colony) in your apiary, this deep nuc box has many uses for the handy beekeeper. Use it to increase populations of a weak hive, to raise new queens (so if your main hive goes queenless, you'll be ready), or to split an overcrowded colony. Each Langstroth-style hive box is carefully handcrafted by an Amish family who raises their own bees, so you'll get a box that lasts and works well.Holds 5 deep frames (frames sold separately).
