This little gadget is a complete waste of time and $. The egg sticks to the screen on the bottom and is so difficult to remove. Also, it requires a lot of scrubbing to get it clean when you're done. My advice? Look up "egg poaching" online. Jaques Pepin has a great video. All you need is a pot of water and a slotted spoon. Viola!
