Q: Why do instructions say “for best results, turn off heated dry”? I don’t want to have to use a towel to dry everything when unloading dishwasher. We run dishwasher at night just before going to bed & unload next morning.

But if you prefer using heated dry, especially since you unload in the morning, it’s totally fine. Many people still get great results with it on. Q: If I am using Lemi Shine Detergent Booster with my DIshwasher detergent in every load, why do I also need to use the rinse agent? Booster is doing a great job alone but w Rinse is leaving residue.

A: Hi, Spots and film form in your dishwasher's rinse cycle, when detergents are already down the drain. Lemi Shine Rinse is made for the final rinse cycle, which is a very short cycle at the end where new fresh water comes into the dishwasher just to rinse the dishes before drying. This lowers the surface tension of water by binding the metal ions. Better rinsing results= no spots or film. Lemi Shine Booster prevents and removes spots and film from hard water. It goes in with your regular dish detergent to break down the hard water minerals during the wash cycle that cause spots and film on your glasses and dishes. If you used the Booster before you will notice a difference because you have had two cycles run through with hard water minerals that have not been dissolved leaving spots and film. The Rinse can't remove this buildup from the first two cycles in this short cycle. Also make sure the heated dry is off. Thank you, Lemi Shine Team

Nothing compares to this for keeping your dishwasher clean and your dishes sparkling. I have very hard water, and my dishwasher would accumulate gunk, even though I was regularly running cleaning cycles and using other dishwasher cleaning products. Lemishine is basically citric acid in a liquid form, and it's like liquid gold! It keeps my dishwasher clean and the dishes even cleaner. Please don't ever discontinue this product!

I’ll let the photo speak for itself, night and day using this plus the Lemi Shine booster. We get hard water calcium buildup on everything with our untreated well water. We got a new Bosch dishwasher and the problems became worse, now my dishes are shiny and like new.

I love this rinse agent. It does a really good job. The lemon scent is nice and not a harsh chemical scent like the others. I'm very disappointed that Target is not carrying it in store anymore.

Bosch dishwasher is 10 years old. Had a repair after 2 years and serviceman recommended Lemi Shine detergent pods. Although hard to find, always find online. We use the detergent, rinse aid and appliance cleaner and have had NO service calls since starting Lemi Shine. Highly recommend this product and will use no other.

I've always used Seventh Generation Rinse Aid, but I was out and saw the great reviews of this product so thought I'd give it a try. Within two weeks my glass pan lids started to get cloudy and streak. We have well water, although it isn't that hard and we have a water softener, so I have no idea why I had such poor results with this product.

As per other reviews, the product does not leave a residue or undesired stains on glassware with the benefit of being a sustainable product free of harmful chemicals at a reasonable price. However, the big drawback is its vessel and nozzle. The nozzle is like some recent ketchup bottles which are sort of on or off but nothing in between (dosing it is a very hard job!), therefore it splashes the liquid all over leading to a lot of product waste! While trying to dose it finding a specified bottle inclination and squeezing effort it starts to drip/leak between the nozzle cap and bottle, wasting the product again!! Very frustrating and a big hurdle. I would only recommend it choosing an alternative to use another way to fill the dishwasher reservoir instead its nozzle, which I ended up doing.
