A: Given the low ammonia content and low alcohol content, it might not be the best disinfectant. Traditional Windex might be better in that regard. Although, something is better than nothing.

Q: Hi, can you tell me the pH level of this product. I am trying to find a product suitable for cleaning quartz which needs to be fairly pH neutral (no strong alkaline or acid). I'm also interested to know the pH for your multi-surface cleaners. Thank you!

Smells great, however this glass cleaner does not work. It leaves streaks all over the place, no matter how hard you try to get them to go away. Quite honestly the worst glass spray I’ve ever used in my 40 years.

I bought the crystal refill packet for this glass cleaner and it is extremely streaky. I couldn’t even get rid of the streaks with microfiber towels. I had to use a standard glass cleaner multiple times to get rid of all the streaks.
