this was totally spectacular. As a vegan, I often don't get enough protein and it's hard to find plant based. This delicious bar exceeded my expectations and is perfect for an after-workout meal!

To put them in perspective: an adult needs around 2000 calories a day if u eat only Lenny and Larry bars for a day you’d be able to eat around 10 of these bars and get 120 grams of protein!! It is recommended that a person gets 50-175 grams of protein per day, depending on age and activity level. Regardless these clearly hit the jackpot! Also you’d surpass the fiber intake which helps keep u full and are healthy carbs as well as regulates ur Bowles! If hypothetically speaking you’d eat only these bars for a day, you’d get 40grams of fiber! The average American fiber intake is a poor 15 grams which is half the recommended amount!! the list of healthy macros goes on However, forget the macros if they taste awful. In my experience, Len and Larry products taste phenomenal these taste like a healthier Reese’s cups (don’t come with sugar crash and actually are filling ) with so many flavors to try you are bound to find a fav, seriously tho my sister only eats Oreos and chips, but loved these! If your in doubt, I suggest trying them in your fav flavor and what could happen? You find an awesome health snack!

Good stuff if you like PB, but like most PB based stuff, is a bit on the dry side. Great with a liquid, though.

I bought all flavors of this “protein” bar. I was blown away how good it was. No chalky flavor or bad aftertaste. This taste just like a brownie. Super satisfied and will be buying more of all.
