Needed to replace my mouse, so ordered a new one. As an old man in my 70's I'm not tech savvy. When it arrived I found I could use the mouse but not the keyboard or the keyboard but not the mouse, whereas previously both used the same single USB port. No instructions, no explanation. Just poor
