Bought this lap top as Christmas present. It quit working after 4 weeks. Target won't accept return as its past 30 days. They told me to call the company that sold it direct. I cannot get any one to answer the phone. They say leave a message and someone will get right back to you. Nobody has called me back.

Nice and clean refurbished laptop but the OS was not valid preventing persinalization and inability to reinstall later if needed. marketplace seller wanted to charge me to ship it to them to reinstall. Luckily Target allowed me to return it with no issues and had extra time to try to work thru this with the extra return period with my RedCard/Circle card. Thank you Target!
