Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11 21HM000JUS Ultrabook - Windows 11 Pro - 14" Touchscreen - Intel Core i7 13th Gen - 16 GB RAM

I love Lenovo Laptops. However this last laptop's Windows 11 has been troublesome. My PIN failed right away and so far cannot be fixed. Bit Locker is a roadblock to repairs. McAfee was nearly impossible to remove (should not be installed without the buyers permission). I could not remove it with Windows native uninstall utility. While my laptop is usable these glitches are maddening. This figures into my lower rating of my purchase.

Great computer- I have used Lenovo ThinkPad at work for many years, but not for our home laptop. Fast, easy to use and set up and plenty of power to do the things we need to do.

Only minor complaint is there is still a significant amount of Microsoft and Lenovo installed bloatware on the computer, despite it being a pro version. It is possible to uninstall some of it, but not easy to do so.

When I need it to perform I can easily pull up schematics, take a video call, and answer emails with no issues. The rich bright display is very helpful when I’m in low light areas. This is my second Lenovo laptop and I love it.

Love the ThinkPad -- this is my second one! Had a small problem with my internal microphone all of the sudden not working a few weeks in, support people were able to fix it within an hour or two of my issue, which was some drivers were not fully up to date.

Lightweight. Easy to use. Too much MS loaded on here though.

I chose this product based on reviews and it seems to comply as a very good product for work. It is light weight and slim but does not feel fragile. Fast for normal office work.

Very happy with this purchase. It replaces my prior Thinkpad that I purchased six years ago. The old Thinkpad still works great but I love the new bells and whistles on this one. I have not put it to the test yet so this review is a bit limited.
